You will be pleased to know that at Balance Chiropractic,we do not jump right into treatment. We allow 45 minutes for your first appointment. During this time we will listen to your concerns and ask questions to get a complete picture of your health, your experience and understanding of chiropractic and your goals. The patient history and examination are essential tools in the health care process. Eighty percent of diagnosis are first found through the history. Therefore, I ask many questions about your past and present, gathering information related to a current problem or your general health. |

While x-rays can be an excellent way to show you what we have felt in your spine or other joints, we will only recommend x-rays in cases where having them may change our approach to treatment.This may include situations such as: - You have suffered from a traumatic injury, like a sports or car accident.
- We suspect advanced arthritis, bone infection or cancer.
- You are not responding to care as expected.
